Submission of information regarding the company’s ownership structure

Legal entities are REQUIRED to submit (or update) information regarding their ultimate beneficial owner and ownership structure by 11 July 2022.

Under a Ukrainian law adopted in autumn 2021, the deadline for submitting information on the ultimate beneficial owner has been extended to July 2022.

Failure to provide such information will result in the head of the legal entity being held administratively liable and facing a fine ranging from UAH 17,000 to UAH 51,000. In view of this, it is advisable to comply with these requirements in good time.
