The law firm ‘Svarog’ has been operating in the legal services market since 2014. We represent the interests of private clients and businesses in courts at all levels, before tax and law enforcement authorities, registration bodies and the enforcement service.

Private clients rarely come to us with just one problem: behind a family dispute lies a property issue; behind a road traffic accident lie three separate sets of proceedings; and behind a successful court case lies enforcement proceedings. We handle the case as a whole, rather than in separate parts.

We begin by assessing the legal nature of the situation: which legislation applies, what time limits are expiring, and what evidence can still be obtained. We then discuss the strategy – and speak frankly when the case’s prospects are poor.
