A fine has been imposed<\/h3>\n<p>The decision is issued by the head of the Territorial Medical Commission, often in absentia. If applicable, provide supporting documentation <strong>before the date of attendance<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>If you have medical issues<\/strong> \u2014 gather your documents in advance, rather than \u2018explaining them at the medical board\u2019.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Consult a solicitor<\/strong> \u2014 before reporting for duty, not afterwards.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>What we do not do<\/h2>\n<p>Let\u2019s be clear, as the market is full of contradictory promises.<\/p>\n<p>We <strong>do not \u2018resolve issues\u2019<\/strong> relating to mobilisation, we do not issue fictitious medical certificates, we do not buy deferrals, and we do not organise illegal departures. These are criminal offences \u2014 both for those who offer them and for those who agree to them.<\/p>\n<p>If there are no legal grounds \u2014 we\u2019ll tell you so during the consultation. That\u2019s more honest than taking money and leading someone into a second criminal case.<\/p>\n<h2>When you do not need a solicitor<\/h2>\n<p>You are registered, your details are up to date, there are no legal grounds for a deferment, and the Medical Examination Commission has reasonably deemed you fit for service \u2014 a solicitor cannot help you in any way. Emotional appeals and complaints about your state of health will not be accepted.<\/p>\n<h3>How long do I have to appeal against a TCC fine?<\/h3>\n<p>10 days from the date the decision was issued. Fifteen days after service, the unpaid fine is doubled.<\/p>\n<h3>Can I register for military service myself?<\/h3>\n<p>Registration is carried out by your employer via the relevant registers. The lawyer\u2019s role is to verify the accuracy of the details and ensure the company takes action if it is delaying the process.<\/p>\n<h3>I am abroad. What should I do about my military registration?<\/h3>\n<p>You can update your details remotely.
